Frequently asked questions

Find the answers to your questions in our frequently asked questions!

  • The Les Plongeurs de l'Extrême show is not offered during this period. As well as the two aquatic play areas of Exotic Island and Tiki Academy.

    Aqualibi is permanently closed.

Please note that at the end of the day, when light conditions do not permit the operation of certain attractions such as Gold River, TamTam Aventure and Bambooz River, queues will be closed early.

  • During WAAAlloween, specific activities are set up to scare children to varying degrees. At the entrance to each event, and on the park map, you'll find an indication of whether or not your children can enjoy the experience (every child is different). All children under the age of 12 have the option of wearing “monster protection”, which ensures that they don't get too close to the park's characters. This protection is free and distributed near the entrance boutique. More tips and activities for families.

  • Yes, disguises are allowed during WAAAlloween, but masks, full make-up (resembling that of our comedians) and scaring visitors are not allowed, so as not to create confusion with the comedians' animations and to guarantee your comfort and safety in access lanes, points of sale, queues and attractions.
